Payment methods 

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For people who don't mind an additional 15 to 20 day waiting period, you may also send us your payment via snail-mail in the form of a money order, cashier's check, or Traveler's check.

Payment may also be sent via Western Union or through PayPal's free service. PayPal offers a secure way to send your credit card and check payment via e-mail.

How to place an order?

It's very easy to place an order with Glimmering Moments. Following are the ordering options for you to choose from:

• E-Mail
  You may place an electronic order by filling out the on-line order form. We will send an e-mail confirming your order and an estimated total. Please include the last 4 digits of your credit card number and your phone number if paying with a credit card (our site is non-secure at the present).
  
• Fax
  Print a copy of our order form, completely fill it out and fax it to (801)516-3260. It couldn't be easier than this! Send us a little note via e-mail to notify us that you've sent us a fax. This ensures that we won't miss it.
  
• Mail
  Print a copy of our order form, completely fill it out and mail it with your payment to:
      Glimmering Moments
      Purchase Order Dept.
      (address coming soon - we are currently relocating our main office)
  It would be nice if you could notify us by e-mail that you are sending an order by mail. We will provide you with an estimated total (including shipping fees). That could help speed up the processing of your order once we receive it.
  
• Phone
  Feel free to contact us at (310) 862-4244 any time between 11 am and 6 pm to place your order over the phone. A customer representative will gladly take your order and answer any questions you may have. An order confirmation will then be emailed to you for your approval.

How to Keep Your Credit Card Information Protected

• E-mail
  Most people have a secure e-mail browser which makes it very safe for sending your credit card information via the internet. If this is not your case, we will need at least the last 4-digits of your credit card number, your phone number and the best time to contact you. We will call you to confirm your order and get the remaining credit card information. There is a nominal fee of $1.50 for non-local calls. All international calls will be collect.
  If you prefer to call us instead, you may contact our representative at (310) 862-4244 between 11 am and 6 pm, and sometimes as late as 10 pm.

Shipping Information

• Availability
  Most items will be shipped within 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the purchase volume. Other items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, where specified.
  
• Shipping Method
  Most orders are shipped via insured USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground to most areas in the United States, with a transit time of 2 to 7 business days. We may also ship via any other method of your preference.
  
• Shipping and Handling Charges
  Shipping rates are based upon the weight of the package and the destination address. This may save you a considerable amount of money as opposed to paying a flat shipping rate.
  
  Let us give you an example. Many on-line companies have a shipping rate of $3.99 base rate plus $0.99 per book ordered. In this case, if a customer from California orders 5 small books of 8oz each, she would pay $8.94 in shipping, while we would charge the customer only $5.95 in shipping for the same order.
  
  When placing your on-line order for our products, we manually calculate your shipping costs based on your selection and send you an e-mail to obtain your approval prior to shipment.
  
  We don't charge your credit card until we obtain your approval. The only exception are items purchased through our PayPal shopping cart. In this case, if you decide not to order due to the shipping rates, your credit card will be fully reimbursed within less than 48 hours.
  
  You can also request a shipping quote via e-mail or by calling us at 310-862-4244 before placing your order.
   
• International Shipping
  YES! We will ship to all countries that have a postal service. Provide us with your shipping information and we will inform you of the actual shipping charges, insurance cost (if it is available), and delivery time. Or you may go on-line at http://ircalc.usps.gov/ to obtain shipping rates on different services provided by the United States Postal Service. Remember, however, that merchandise may be liable to customs duty and Value Added Tax on importation upon receipt by you. We have no control over these fees, since they are enforced by the international country and not by us. You will need to check with your local postal authorities to find out it this applies to your goods.
